All India Poetess Conference

INTRODUCING YOU ABOUT ALL INDIA POETESS CONFERENCE.

AIPC ORGANISED ITS THREE INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS i.e. FIRST AT MAURITIUS IN 2007 SECOND IN UK & USA IN 2008 & THIRD IN SOUTH EAST ASIA IN 2008.

Founder’s Message:

AIPC Steps to South East Asia

-Dr. Lari Azad

It was a great day when I decided to organize the 3rd International Conference of AIPC in South East Asia. The Members of All India Poetess Conference were ready with zeal and enthusiasm for this Literary & Cultural Exchange programme.
Now, we 26 Members of AIPC are here to interact with the lost sons of Mother India. Once upon a time, South East Asia was under the Cultural influence of Greater India. Buddhism, the religion of peace crossed the Indian Ocean & after Ashoka the Great, Thailand became Buddhist. A large number of Tamil people migrated to Malaysia & Indian Diaspora is present largely in Singapore.
Here, we have come to embrace our Pardesia/Videsia who are settled far from their ancestral country. The NRIs are still maintaining their cultural identity. Malaysia, Singapore & Thailand have been continuously contributing in cementing this age old emotional relations with India. Similarly India has always extended its best possible support to enrich the cultural heritage of Olden days in South East Asian countries.
Last year, AIPC went beyond the borders of the nation & reached Mauritius. I led a 61 member delegation of AIPC & organized our First International Conference there in July -Aug: ’07.Now, we have stepped further more & under the patronization of two of our Patrons Dr. B.K. Mehta & Dr. Krishna Kumar, we have traveled in three Continents.
I passed several times from Malaysia, also invited by ICAS to deliver a lecture in the last Session. I found great love, respect & emotional unity from my great Indian Brethren.
‘Bharat Mata’ has a lot of beautiful rich languages, our Rashtrabhasha Hindi is our Linguafranca. All of our languages are equally great & rich & propagates love & peace. Malaysia, Singapore & Thailand are also doing a great job of spreading the message of harmony, unity & brotherhood & peace.
O my Brothers & Sisters! We are here to join hands for the noble cause of Universal love, Global Friendship & World Peace. May Hindi & other Indian languages & culture enrich South East Asia with Fraternity. The whole world is but one family, nobody is alien, no language is Foreign. We all are the sons of Good Earth & it is our mother. Let us pray, all may live with peace & all may live with ease.

(Dr. Lari Azad)
